The Full payment schedule button disappeared

Question

When I go into Payment Details, the button I used to use to see the running payment schedule is no longer there. To be completely clear, when I first click Payment Details, I see a button on the right which says "View payment schedule", but when I move my mouse over it, the button disappears. Same thing happens to the "Edit payment details" button above it.

I'm not sure when it changed as I usually only look at this at the beginning of each year. Interestingly I tried this again it had the same problem. Then I opened a different loan account and the Payment Schedule button worked. So I then went back to the first loan account and now it works too. Very strange, but hopefully that somehow fixed it.
