The Full payment schedule button disappeared

When I go into Payment Details, the button I used to use to see the running payment schedule is no longer there. To be completely clear, when I first click Payment Details, I see a button on the right which says "View payment schedule", but when I move my mouse over it, the button disappears. Same thing happens to the "Edit payment details" button above it.

    When did you first notice this issue? Did anything occur before this issue began? Do you receive any error codes or messages? Could you please provide a few screenshots of what you described?     I'm not sure when it changed as I usually only look at this at the beginning of each year. Interestingly I tried this again it had the same problem. Then I opened a different loan account and the Payment Schedule button worked. So I then went back to the first loan account and now it works too. Very strange, but hopefully that somehow fixed it.
