LifeHub Medical Info Disappears

I've entered contact and insurance info into the medical category multiple times. Each time I re-enter the medical category all of the info I loaded has disappeared. This does not happen with any other category. I'm on the Mac OS using FIrefox and DuckDuckGo browsers. Has anyone else dealt with this and found a solution?

Hello @saabman03,
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and I understand how this can be frustrating to deal with.
I would like to attempt to replicate what you are seeing. If you don't mind, could you provide the exact steps you are taking? Additionally, it would also be helpful if you could include screenshots, though be sure to redact any sensitive information when doing so. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
Thank you!

Hi Quicken Anja,
When I open the medical category it looks like this:
Then I add an emergency contact, doctor and insurance contact.
Then I go onto another category and come back to medical and all of the info previously added is gone.
As previously stated, I've not experienced this issue with any other category within QLH.
Again, I'm running Mac OS Ventura version 13.7.2. The browser is Firefox 134.0.2.
Thanks for your help.

Thank you for following up with these details.
To confirm a couple of things, have you tried a different browser such as Chrome? And does the information also vanish after logging out and back in? Also, are you using LifeHub directly within a browser, or from the web extension?
Check back and let me know! Thank you.

Hello,
I am using both Firefox and DuckDuckGo. The info does disappear after logging out as well as when i move on to another category and come back to the medical category. I am only using Lifehub within the web browser.

After testing, I was only able to partially replicate the issue. When I enter the information, switch categories, and return, the data remains saved. However, after logging out and back in, the information is no longer available. Based on my findings, this aligns with a known issue for which there is already an open ticket (QLH-2731).
In your case, since the information disappears after switching categories, the browser you’re using may be a factor. I conducted my test using Chrome. Would you mind trying this in a Chrome browser and letting me know if you see any difference in the outcome?
Looking forward to your update! Thank you.

Hello,
I tried setting up the medical info via Chrome and so far it has been available each time I returned to view it. It is also available if I access QLH via DuckDuckGo. So from now on I’ll use Chrome to enter any information.
Question: What has to happen in order for an entry to be saved for future viewing when using other browsers, in my case Firefox and DuckDuckGo?
Thanks for your help!

@saabman03 I apologize for the delay as I am just now seeing your response!
I'm glad to hear that Chrome appears to retain the information for you.
As for your question, unfortunately, FireFox and DuckDuckGo browsers run into compatibility issues with Quicken LifeHub which is likely why the information isn't saving the way that it should when using those browsers. However, I will pass this along internally.
Thank you!
