Workaround for Windows 11 issue and hovering with 2 monitors

I think I have fould a workaround for this problem until Windows or Quicken fixes it for good.
- Disconnect monitor #2. Don't just turn it off. I unhooked the HDMI cable.
- Restart your computer with 1# monitor.
- Start Quicken. Hovering should work.
- Plug #2 monitor in. Hovering should continue working.
Everything should continue working until you reboot the computer. I don't have any problem, even turning off Quicken.
Hope this helps.

There are several other threads on this topic. Changing the graphics settings fixed mine. Here is a recent merged thread.
