UPDATE 3/14/25 Corebridge/AIG/Valic "Its not your fault" Error/OFX Error 2000
Customers are reporting that they’re getting "Sorry. We encountered an error. (Its not your fault.)" error in Quicken Classic for Windows and OFX Error 2000 in Quicken Classic for Mac when trying to add or update their accounts.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
