when adding discovery credit card, home depot credit card, best buy credit card, amazon store card and pay pal credit card will receive error cc-503.

    Thank you for coming to the Community to let us know you're encountering this issue. To troubleshoot this, since you're seeing this error code across multiple financial institutions, I recommend that you start by logging out of Quicken, then logging back in.

    To logout of Quicken, please go to Edit>Preferences>Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts. Click on the blue Sign in as a different user link.

    In the confirmation window, type "yes" in the textbox, then click the Sign Out button.

    Once Quicken finishes logging you out, it will bring you to the login screen. Please log back into your Quicken and test to see if the issue persists.

    Different person but having the same issues. DId the troubleshooting step above and still having the same issues.

    Internally, I can see multiple financial institutions with errors, so before we move forward, could you please confirm/provide the names of the financial institutions you are receiving this error with?

    Hello.

    Unfortunately my QuickenID somehow got corrupted and the only fix to the issue was to buy a new license of the product with a new QuickenID and manually recreate all my accounts and entries. CS and the escalation team had no clue how this happened since it was the first time they saw it. Hopefully it was a one time anomaly.
