Everbank incorrect login

Got message that I had incorrect login info for Everbank. Attempted to reset, causing login info to be erased by Quicken. Attempted to re-connect, got same message that login credentials are incorrect. Can login directly to Everbank website. Has been requiring MFA which wasn't a problem for me. I wonder if Quicken tried to remove MFA to please other users - which would've broken the connection for the rest of us.

I had the same problem starting today. Keep getting a CC-503 error, even though the credentials are correct and I can login at the bank portal with no problem. Was working fine yesterday. I did a password reset at the bank using no special characters.

I contacted Quicken Support chat and could not get it to work with screen share with the tech. Tech recommended I validate/repair my quicken file tomorrow. Pisses me off that a paid subscription is this buggy and has these intermittent problems. I hope it self resolves or Quicken takes some action on their side to fix it. It's not an Everbank problem AFAICT.

Same issue. Validation at website with the same credentials not a problem, just Quicken. Always Quicken. Looking at the error report, and without knowing exactly what method is being used for the encryption, I suspect the value being sent for the encrypted password isn't correct. There is a mismatch likely in the encryption process between the two organizations so that the values are not aligned. I am sure when investigated, if investigated, it will be months before the fix it.

Same issue - I even tried downloading from the Everbank Website and I get the message that Quicken is unable to verify the financial institution information. My website credentials work fine. Then I tried adding a new account for Everbank and get the error message that my login credentials are incorrect

I am having the same problem (incorrect credentials for EverBank) with Quicken for Mac. Like others i saw where Quicken was requiring MFA for EB. I thought I had screwed something up so I disconnect my EverBank accounts. Now when I try to reconnect, I get the incorrect credentials notice.

I'm having the same problem. Interesting thing is I have a checking and savings at Everbank and the saving account started having a problem a few days before the checking account but at this point neither of them work. Deactivated/reactivated online services and get the invalid credentials CC-503 message. :(

Not the first time Quicken has a problem connecting to Everbank. I suspect that Everbank has changed something and Quicken needs to make a matching change. What's really odd is the "unable to verify the financial institution information" error when I try to manually import the transactions. Why is this failing????

@Quicken please give this issue priority.

I really wonder if it's worth bookmarking the https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7959890/new-2-6-25-everbank-consumer-fdp-103-cc-503/p1?new=1 as the following one appears to be fixed but has never been cleared/updated. https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7956972/update-11-16-24-barclays-online-banking-us-fdp-103-101-cc-503-501-barclays-bank-delaware-163#latest

Same issue beginning two days ago (on 5 Feb.). Yesterday, 6 Feb, I made the time-wasting mistake of calling Everbank Customer Service. The rep was horrible — clearly did not understand the problem and apparently kept following a script for when a client cannot log in to the account on the web. Wanted me to switch browsers, not understanding that the browser is irrelevant to the issue, and to change my password although I can log in successfully on the web AND that two (of four) accounts that I did not reset, and therefore require activation again, appear to work - at least I don't get an error message for those two. She claimed Everbank has no reports of problems with Quicken and that the client cannot speak directly with a (hopefully competent) technical support person.

@ClaytonW, The manual imports are failing because of what was found in this post. The solution worked for me too.

Still having this same problem today. Found a thread at this forum and did this to the .qfx file I downloaded from Everbank for my acct (s). Pulled the most recent transactions. Then:

-Opened the downloaded .qfx file with Notepad

-Found the line <FID>. Changed its value to 70459 from 3997.

-Found the line <INTUBID>. Changed it to <INTU.BID>. Value on this line was already showing 70459.

-Saved the file. Went into Quicken and did an import, which worked!! Deleted the downloaded transactions as I had already reconciled them manually.

This is a [Removed - Profanity] workaround, but it works for now for me..YMMV. Quicken techs should contact Everbank techs and get this mess straightened out vs. customers having to play middleman.

Just started at Everbank and having same issue—can't add new account. Receive the "Did you mistype your sign-in info? Please re-enter your credentials for EverBank Consumer." message, so can't do the workaround cause can't add the account.

This seems to be an ongoing problem, no doubt because some back-end bit twiddler changes something unrelated and then there's unintended consequences. Mine was working fine a few days ago, tried again this morning and now have the same CC-503 as everyone else. No, I'm NOT going to download patches, import files, rub my belly and burn sage to get something working that I pay to work on it's own.

Still having this same issue which I reported a week ago. Isn't a week enough time to fix an issue? This is tax season! Really unacceptable. We should be credited back for each day that passes and the issue is not resolved.

I'm going to agree with the others that Quicken needs to stop pushing the responsibility off to customers, and fix the issues. I have been telling them this for years, as these issues occur all too frequently. Right now, I'm having problems with Everbank, Discover, and Citibank, all of which have started occurring within a few days of each other. Quicken says these are known issues, but they go days/weeks without addressing them. It's ridiculous, and their subscription model adds insult to injury. Why pay for something they don't even support? I have written multiple complaints in the past about their support, all the way up to their President.

I have same issue for a few weeks. Couldnt down load Everbank transactions to my accounts in quicken. Deactivated/reactivated online services and get the invalid credentials CC-503 message. Log in credentials were verified by logging into Everbank.

    Waiting for the Quicken/Everbank fix.

Count me in with the Everbank issue.. They did change to a 2 factor which was very annoying when using Quicken in January and now it doesn't work at all.. I don't have many transactions but still annoying… The Website requires 2 factor with a text to my phone to verify a code. Would be want to be in loop to the Quicken fix… I would prefer not to do the 2 factor stuff when downloading via Quicken.
