Chase Mortgage keeps getting disconnected

I have a mortgage with Chase that previously was with First Republic. I've had no issue downloading transactions to the mortgage until this week. All of a sudden the mortgage is disconnected from Quicken. I reconnect it and it updates, but the next day when I do the update the mortgage is again disconnected. I can reconnect it and it works for that download, but it will get tiring if I have to do this every day.
Is this a Quicken or Chase issue?

Hello @mark303,
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and understand how frustrating this must be!
To better understand the issue, could you clarify whether the account is completely disconnected—meaning, when you check the account settings, are you given the option to set up an online connection? Or do you receive an error code when attempting to update the account?
If possible, providing a screenshot of what you’re seeing would be helpful. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
Additionally, could you please tell us where on your computer your data file is located? Is it stored in a folder on your local hard drive or on a cloud-based/external drive (e.g., iCloud, Dropbox, USB, etc.)?
Check back and let us know! Thank you.
