Who has time to fix this stuff?

This half baked program leapt forward and changed my "replace (cleared status, check no, and tag) with Memo (wiped out) and tag (wiped out) and Check No. (wiped out)" when I changed the "search for memo starts with (value)", and date (>= value)". Imagine if it was 20 transactions, not 2! We haven't time to waste with this ! FIX IT!

What exactly were you trying to do and how were you doing it? Step by step, please.
If the programmers can't figure out what you were doing, they won't be able to fix it.

Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue, sensitive information redacted (blacked out) as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?

Please save images to files of file type PNG or JPG only. They're easier to work with than PDF files.

This makes a solid argument to make sure you automatically back up your data file after every session and to close Quicken every time you are done working in it. Or at least to manually back up the data file before making significant changes in it. It sure helps to keep the sanity when things go wrong.
