QWin keeps enabling real time quotes

When I look at Preferences > Investments, I often find that Real Time Quotes is enabled. I disable it, but it randomly turns itself back on. I haven't figured out what causes this, but it's a minor annoyance.
Anybody else seeing this? I see it in R60.20.

Hello @Rocket J Squirrel,
I've never been able to replicate the issue, but I do see it mentioned on the Community every now and then. When I check posts from 2023, some users noticed that it was turning on after running One Step Update. Is that what you're seeing, or is this completely random?
I look forward to your response!

@Quicken Kristina I think it occurs after (or maybe at the start of) OSU. It continues to occur, but not 100% of the time. So maybe it is random.

For what it is worth, now that it has been pointed out, and I have checked, I'm seeing this too.
And when I came into Quicken it was on. I turned it off and then did a One Step Update, and it is back on.
Accepted the transactions, and then did another One Step Update, back on.
Did a One Step Update without downloading of quotes, still turned back on.
Turned off, closed Quicken and restarted, it is off. Went to Investing tab and did a quote update. Still off.
Did One Step Update with only downloading quotes on, still off.
One Step Update with both downloading transactions and quotes, back on.

I have not seen this issue, but see this discussion for more information
This may seem like a minor annoyance, but the Real time quotes option can cause some very confusing problems.
Due to a longstanding bug, if the Real time quotes option is selected, any security that has a blank ticker symbol and has its Download Quotes box checked in the Security List will get an incorrect price. The price it receives is the quote for the security selected for downloading that has the first ticker symbol alphabetically, often AAPL.
