Treasury Direct add fails

I'm getting an unexpected error message when attempting to add a Treasury Direct account.

Quicken Classic Premier for Mac Version 8.0.1 Build 800.56243.100, Mac OS 13.7.3

    We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention!

    For clarity—is this a new account you are trying to add to Quicken, or are you experiencing this error while trying to update an existing account? The reason I ask is that internally, I can see you're receiving an FDP-185 error with this financial institution, in which case, please refer to this support article for troubleshooting guidance.

    Additionally, it would also be helpful if you could provide a screenshot of what you are seeing. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
