Is USAA checking unavailable? It's been connected and working fine for years, now it's gone, relinking will not work, signing out/disconnecting/reconnecting all self help options failed to resolve. Problem started 2/12/25

    Hello @bobluck,

We appreciate you bringing this problem to our attention, though we will need some additional information to better assist you further. I took the liberty of reviewing your account internally, but do not see any internal errors occur.

Could you please elaborate and provide us with further details on what is happening? Do you receive any specific error codes and/or messages that you can share with us here? It would also be helpful if you could share a screenshot of what you are seeing. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

Also, can you please tell us where your data file is located on your computer? Do you have it stored in a folder located on your local computer hard drive, or in a cloud-based/external drive (e.g.: iCloud, DropBox, USB, etc.)?

Check back and let us know! Thank you.

Anja, Thanks I believe I have resolved the issue, but this still needs to be resolved by Quicken. Apparently if no transactions have occurred in the account for a period of time it becomes inactive or invisible to Quicken, I transferred $1 dollar into the account and after the transaction cleared the account became visible again. Please have engineers take a look at the logic and ensure that open accounts are available to link, even if inactive.
