    I can't log In

    to my quicken program.

    Could you please elaborate on what exactly happens when you try to log in? Are you receiving any specific error messages or other unexpected behavior?

    Additionally, could you provide a screenshot of what you’re seeing (excluding any personal information)? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

    Last, please confirm where your Quicken data file is stored. Do you have it stored on your local hard drive (C: drive), or in a cloud-based/external drive (e.g.: OneDrive, DrobBox, USB, etc.)?

    This information will help us better understand the issue and provide the best possible guidance.
