Truist Direct Connect OL293A

Starting today, I started getting this error doing a direct connect to Truist Online Banking. It was fine yesterday. I'm not aware of any changes. If I deactivate the online service for the account, it will not allow me to do a direct connect returning a "It's not your fault" error. Any help will be appreciated. Truist says that they cannot help and to contact Quicken. Of course, if it magically starts working tomorrow, that would be good but, in my experience, that rarely happens. I'm running Quicken Classic Premier on Windows 10 Pro, Version 22H2, OS build 19045.5608 with latest stable updates.

Quicken R61.21, build 27.1.61.21 on Win 11 - all other accounts OK but Truist is stuck in "Error Recovery" mode and won't update via Direct Connect.
Problem has been reported into Support.

Hello All,
We appreciate you both taking the time to report this issue!
First, could you please provide a screenshot of the error you are seeing? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
Additionally, we will be forwarding this issue to the proper channels to have this further investigated. If you haven't done so already, we request that you please navigate to Help > Report a problem within your Quicken program and submit a problem report with log files and screenshots attached in order to contribute to the investigation (please disregard if you have already done this).
It would also aid the investigation to include a sanitized file when submitting the problem report. A sanitized file is a data file that removes personally identifiable information so you can comfortably share this file with the Quicken team.
While you will not receive a response through this submission, these reports will help our teams in further investigating the issue. The more problem reports we receive, the better.
We apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime! Thank you.

Can others in the thread also please respond and confirm whether or not is working for you all? The ticket will remain open for now, unless it is working for all.

Same for me - it started working again. Not sure if it was the fact that I reset my network adapter AND rebooted my router OR something in the Quicken servers, but judging by other comments… THANK YOU for whatever changes you made.
