Quicken Mac Classic / Zillow integration / Address not found

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭

Since the new Zillow integration launched on Mac, it has not been able to find the address of one of my properties. I get a "No Results Found. Check the address and try again" error in red.

  • Zillow integration is working for my other property (which is in a different state)
  • I have entered the address exactly as listed on the Zillow website (Where it's found just fine)
  • I can find other homes on the street, and on close homes on other streets, but not direct neighbors

    Hello @dwfrank,

We appreciate you letting us know about this issue!

To better assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you’re seeing? When sharing the screenshot, please make sure to exclude any personal details, such as the full address, for privacy reasons. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

In the meantime, we recommend trying different variations of the address in Quicken. We've seen instances where addresses come through without including the directional indicators (e.g., "W" for West) or where abbreviations may cause issues (e.g., "W" vs "West", "St" vs. "Street", etc.). Testing different formats may help resolve the issue.

Let us know how it goes!

    Here's the error.

I have tried a bunch of variations on the name and am unable to get results for:

    • a certain street numbers on this street
    • playing with whitespace in the street name
    • playing with suffix abbreviations
    • dropping the directional indicators
    • changing the city name (because of this particular town, there are two city names that could apply)

Happy to get on a call and share the specific address. This feels like a database problem, or a query builder problem (depending on how you are accessing the Zillow data).

Thank you for following up with these details.

I will be forwarding this issue to the proper channels to have this further investigated. However, we request that you please navigate to Help > Report a problem within your Quicken program and submit a problem report with log files and screenshots attached in order to contribute to the investigation.

It would also aid the investigation to include a sanitized file when submitting the problem report. A sanitized file is a data file that removes personally identifiable information so you can comfortably share this file with the Quicken team.

While you will not receive a response through this submission, these reports will help our teams in further investigating the issue.

Thank you. I have sent a report. Note that there appears to be a problem with Quicken Classic Mac "Report a Problem" dialog - I cannot attach additional files (I wanted to send more screenshots).

Would you be able to provide the screenshots here instead? I can still include them in the ticket that way. If they contain personal information, I can also send you a private message so you can share them securely.

Let me know how you'd like to proceed!
