PayPal CC-601 Error/FDP-101

For a week or two now I've been getting connection issues with PayPal. Transactions seem to download, but I always see the following connection error. I don't expect the community to solve the problem. Posting to get the attention of a moderator / support team.

@Paulecar You got a moderator. 😉 But for Quicken Support, you need to contact them; they don't read or monitor this community forum.
