Schwab not downloading transactions

I cannot get Schwab to download transactions from my investment accounts.
I have removed Quicken from my "linked apps and websites" on Schwab's site and then tried to reconnect.
I have deleted my web data.
I have tried making a brand new Quicken file and adding a Schwab account.
Nothing works.
I get the same error every time:
Schwab is telling me that everything works. Quicken reports a time out error.
Please help!

Hello @lmg6cwru,
Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. The most likely cause of this problem is either a browser or browser extension that is blocking the communication between Schwab and Quicken. Which browser are you using?
If you have any browser extensions active, please try pausing them, then backup your Quicken file and try to reconnect your accounts again. If the issue persists, try temporarily using a different default web browser while reconnecting your accounts (Brave and DuckDuckGo are known to not work well with Quicken).
Please let me know how it goes!

Hi Kristina,
I'm using Chrome. I just tried to use Edge and I got the same issue. Please help! I have no browser extensions in Edge.

There is something that is blocking the reauthorization process from completing properly. Browser security add-on extensions are a common cause of that but there are other things that also can cause that. Following are some of those things:
- VPN: Temporarily disable or at least whitelist the Schwab website to allow both cookies and ads.
- BROWSER PRIVACY & SECURITY SETTING: If "Strict" is selected, temporarily change it to "Standard."
- BROWSER COOKIES SETTING: Allow cookies for Schwab's website.
- ANTI-MALWARE SOFTWARE: Temporarily disable or at least whitelist the Schwab website to allow both cookies and ads. (Malwarebytes is one of the more problematic anti-malware softwares regarding reauthorization but others are sometimes problematic as well.)
Maybe you want to try doing these things and let us know what the results were?

@lmg6cwru - Are you getting any error codes when you try to set up your Schwab accounts for downloading?
It seems that others are reporting they are getting CC-800 error codes.: Charles Schwab one step update CC-800 error - Still looking for a fix. Not sure if this related to the issue you are experiencing but it makes me wonder.

I am getting zero error codes, just the screen shot I added to my first post.
I cleared all of my cookies and saved internet sites. That did not help.
I don't have any VPNs installed.
Security Setting:
Cookies are enabled.
I am going to contact my IT company about anti malware software (I am a business owner and this is my "everything" computer.) I will see if they can whitelist Schwab. We use crowdstrike.
I'm also going to install quicken on my husband's computer (which is not controlled by my IT company) and see if it makes any difference.
