Fidelity error OL 295-A (QWIN)

Fidelity is receiving error OL 295-A as of April 4th. Is there an eta for a fix?

    I am getting OL-295-A error when Downloading from Fidelity Investments. 4/4/2025.

    Fidelity is rejecting this transaction, Fidelity is switching to a secure connection called "Fidelity Access". When will Quicken implement this secure connection capability?

    As of this morning, I can't download transactions from my Fidelity accounts. Anyone else?

    Ditto. This is a new error. I successfully downloaded transactions late in the evening on April 3.

    I am getting this same message this morning for my Fidelity Investments accounts, but my Fidelity NetBenefits accounts are updating normally.

    Fidelity had been very reliable. This AM I am getting the OL-295-A from my Fidelity accounts.

    Maybe a little busy with all of the market churn…..Will continue to try.

    Was broken earlier - working foe mr now (0948 EDT)

    Fidelity submitted this in a chat:

    At this time, we have received additional reports regarding this error and our developers are working with Quicken towards a resolution. We have not been advised about the connection being changed "Fidelity Access". I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.     Seems like an intermittent fix? Ran from the register and it worked but now it's failing again :-(

    I first got this error code with my Fidelity accounts last night and, again, earlier this morning. I did Reset Account a little while ago and that appears to have resolved the error so no downloading problem now.

    My download worked fine on the morning of April 5. This was a rare outage for Fidelity; I was glad to see the download working again.
