Still getting this response from Target manual import of a qfx file I just downloaded from Target website. Also tried to do automatic update for Target account in Quicken for Mac and got 0 transactions even though there is one transaction available to update

Thank you for letting us know you're still seeing an issue importing transactions using Web Connect (QFX). To assist with this issue, please provide more information. How long has this issue been happening? If it started less than 24 hours ago, then per our article on CC-885 errors, please wait 24 hours and try again.
Please be aware that there is currently an open ticket for the issue with customers being unable to import QFX files from Target.
