    I installed the most recent update to Quicken for Mac: Quicken Classic Deluxe Version 8.2.0 (Build 802.57256.100) and I'm still having the same problem as previously described:

    I still can't connect to my Citibank Shell credit card. Citibank website says Quicken has access, however I get the below error message from Quicken and I can't actually download anything:

    An unexpected error occurred.

    Please try again later.

    Care Code: FDP-350

    Details:

    PAUTH_INVALID_TOKEN

    Bad response from provider

    Hello @MKL,

    Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. Is the FDP-350 error happening while you're going through the process to reauthorize your accounts, or is it happening after the process is completed? If you haven't already done so, navigate to Accounts>Hide and Show Accounts, then check to make sure there aren't any old or duplicate Citi accounts that may be causing the error message.

    Quicken Kristina - The FDP-350 error occurs at the end of the process to authorize my Citi Shell credit card account. I can authorize access and Citi confirms that Quicken has access. However it seems that the error occurs at the end of the process when Quicken actually tries to connect with my account at Citi. Thanks.

    Based on your description, it sounds like you're impacted by the issue described in the alert I linked earlier. The issue has been reported and is being worked on. We don't have an ETA, but you can bookmark the alert to be notified of updates, once available, and to know when the issue is resolved.
