I am seeing the same problem…. three days in a row, each time it asks me to reauthorize. This is with Quicken for Mac

    Hello @dak64,

Thank you for letting us know you're also seeing an issue when reauthorizing your Capital One accounts. When I check on our end, it looks like you're getting a FDP-350 (expired token) error. Is that the same error you're seeing on your side? If not, then what is the exact error code/message you are seeing?

I look forward to your response!

Is your connection to Capital One via a direct connection or ?

    Hello @jtjbt20x,

To answer your question, Capital One currently connects with Quicken using Quicken Connect OAuth (Express Web Connect+ in Quicken for Windows). It is not a direct connection. For more information, please review this article on connection types in Quicken: https://www.quicken.com/support/how-quicken-connects-your-bank/ .

    I hope this helps!

Thanks, as noted in another thread, I'm having the exact same problem with Janney, but I'm on Direct Connect.

    Thank you for the clarification,

Are you referring to this thread?

If so, while one of the symptoms is similar, it looks like a different issue than what the OP in this thread is reporting. If the financial institution wasn't able to help you, I'd recommend posting a follow-up on the Janney thread (linked above) and sending a problem report with log files attached (Help>Report a Problem).

    Thank you!
