    Hello All,

    For the CC-800 errors, there is currently a known issue. If you haven't tried the steps recommended in the Community Alert (linked below), please backup your Quicken file and follow the steps.

    If the steps in the alert do not resolve the issue, then I recommend bookmarking the alert. It is a known issue that we are working to resolve, and any updates, once available, will be posted to the alert.

    @DmodeMD,

    The issue you mentioned with the opening balance sometimes changing is also a known issue. Please see this article for more information:

    Thank you!

    There should be a coded validation principle in Quicken that a reconciled transaction should never be altered without prompting the user to explain the proposed change and have them confirm.

    I agree with this wholeheartedly. I have spent hours before realizing that Quicken messed up long past reconciled balances.

    In fact, for now I have given up on One-Step Update. I just update each individual account to avoid problems. That works mostly.

    I am a long time user of Qucken, but want to use the "new" feature of downloading transactions from Truist Bank. Reading the above string makes me want to avoid the mess!

    Can I added specify a start date for the downloads? Keep all my prior history without change?

    I have not had any problem with it messing up prior transactions and ignoring duplicates with the exception of that opening balance problem. Nothing gets added unless you confirm it. You can always just delete all that was downloaded if it doesn't look good. No previous transactions get deleted.
