Thank you for reaching out about this issue. The issue has already been reported for further investigation and resolution.
To answer your question, Quicken Classic and Quicken Simplifi are separate products; fixes for one don't always work for the other. Additionally, Barclays is a separate connection. It is unlikely that the fix for that issue will also correct this one.

I just talked to someone at Nordstrom customer service. I told her about the two step authentication problem (I did not set it up for my account but apparently the bank requires it) when you do an update. I also complained about the transaction coming in reserve. She was going to forward it to her manager. I am sure that will not get the issue fixed quicker. Target uses the same bank and I don't have an issue with Target transactions so it makes me think the problem might be on Nordstroms end.

I'm having a problem when doing one step update for Nordstrom Signature Visa, where purchases are downloading as payments. Sounds like it is a similar issue to that posted regarding reports of users attempting to connect with Barclays Bank Delaware/Barclay Card who encounter a positive balance when it actually should be a negative balance.
Reference Ticket #11774017/ CTP-13181 for the issue posted for Barclays.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Using Quicken for Windows. Started encountering this problem early July 2025.

I have reconnect Nordstrom and charges are showing as credits as well… The balance is showing as positive as well even though it should be a negative number so I can reconcile the account.0 -

almost 9 months with Nordstrom card broken. We need a fix!
We are paying Quicken yearly for working software. We are receiving broken software.

It appears that @Quicken Anja posted that this issue was "resolved" bit it is NOT. I just tried it and my payment downloaded as a charge and a charge downloaded as a payment. See screenshot.
