Quicken Support

It is absurd you can't reach Quicken Support on the weekend - when most customers aren't working. [Removed - Rant/Speculation].

Phone support has been Monday through Friday only since Quicken brought it back. (There was a time, when Quicken was owned by Intuit, that there was no phone support at all.) Text chat support was available 7 days a week until sometime recently. Both are available 12 hours a day on weekdays so hopefully you can find a time when you're not working to contact them.

@NReisdorff it sounds like you are experiencing some frustrating issues with Quicken. If you are willing to share with the other users here, maybe someone is able to find a solution for your issue. Along with the Quicken Community, I also found the Quicken Support documentation and the Quick Assist to be very helpful.
