after completing migration from Windows to Mac, I noted that no customers/vendor information was migrated over. Hence, I have to input several hundred customers/vendors into Quicken for the Mac

The business features in QuickenMac have been added over the last 18 months so they probably haven't yet updated the file conversion to include information like customers & vendors that until recently had nowhere to go in Quicken Mac. I don't think anyone has made a Product Idea thread yet asking for the file conversion from WIndows to be updated to include those details (I can't find one) so it would be a good idea to start one.

    Hello @S. Gordon Harwood,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I just want to let you know that your idea was posted, which you can view here. We currently have a reported issue regarding our internal system for the Community, which produces errors when attempting to post ideas or discussions with tags. There is also a known issue regarding the text/vote box disappearing for idea threads.

I hope this clears things up!

@Quicken Jasmine The idea thread you created doesn’t appear to be configured as an idea - there’s no voting box at the bottom of the post.

    Hello @Jon,

This post is actually already configured as an Idea. However, we're currently experiencing an issue where new Idea posts don't display the voting box. Unfortunately, even when we attempt to make changes, the voting box still doesn’t appear.

This issue has already been reported, and we’re currently awaiting a fix—though we don’t have an estimated timeline for resolution at this time.

    Thank you!

Isn't the conversion of a Q Windows data file to Mac processed on the Mac?
So, if it is, shouldn't this be categorized a Mac Idea?
