Cannot use the camera to attach receipts on the Samsung Note 9. It was previously working. I do not have access to the library but have to PDF file.

    Just to gather a bit more detail so we can better assist—could you please clarify the following:

    1. When did the issue with the camera access start? Was there a recent app update or system change around that time?
    2. Are you receiving any error messages when trying to use the camera, or is the option simply not appearing?
    3. Have you checked the app permissions on your Samsung Note 9 to confirm that camera access is still enabled for the Quicken app? You can find this in Settings > Apps > locate Quicken app > under App Info—click on Permissions.
