Unable to Connect HealthEquity Investment Accounts (QMAC)

It had been working for me up until a couple weeks ago. Yes, it used to download transactions with detailed mode, but that support went away recently (for me) and I got used to Simple mode. Now, when I connect to HealthEquity, it only sees my HSA account and not my investment account.

Same here, only the "savings" portion not the investments! What gives? Really tired of paying for a product that doesn't deliver what it's supposed to.

The savings account works but the investment account stopped working. It is no longer listed when I try to set it up, as of the last week or two. Very frustrating.

Main Problem: I've also been unable to download transactions to the Investment account. The cash account has been ok up until recently.
Testing: I tried this again this morning and got the same issue. I got what I think is a different error message (than previously) but unfortunately I didn't take a screen shot. I think it said something like the error code was 1000? Something about empty attributes and that I should try to reconnect the account. But when I got through the connection wizard it only lists the savings account and not the investment account.

I am having the same issue - online account balance is showing up as Zero $0. Also I have 2 account with HealthEquity but only one account is not showing… I have tried to disable and reconnect with the same results.

I am having this same issue as well. Zero balance for Investments and no longer seeing Investments as an option for associate from EH to Quicken account.

An update to my situation… I removed downloading for HealthEquity but now I can't re-add it to Quicken. The wizard will only find my HealthEquity Savings account, not my HealthEquity Investments account. Since HealthEquity doesn't offer detailed transactions (simple only) I can't even see what I'm missing here because they are handled by Quicken downloads.

Having the exact same issue as others. Savings account syncs, but the investment account doesn't. I've reported it via the dropdown in Quicken a few times already. Hope it gets resolved soon.
Some of the error message I received:
Error code: 1006
Other state: {"reason":"emptyAggregators","state":"notAggregating"}
Server message: Account must be re-setup due to bad connection state, emptyAggregators.
