Quicken Mac 8.2.1 Update summary does not show # of new transactions downloaded

One step update works correctly, and my transactions (e.g. Fidelity, BofA, Chase, RBC) are downloaded, but the update summary popup window now always shows zero transactions for the individual accounts and for the total at the top. it does correctly show the number of accounts updated.

This issue started recently, I think with 8.2.1.

Anyone else seeing this?

Thanks for reaching out with this issue!

Since you indicated that this issue began around the same time as updating your application to 8.2.1, I suggest first starting by restoring from a pre-update backup. This would be a backup file that was created before you updated your application. You can use the instructions below. It is advised to always save a backup before proceeding.

1. Open Quicken.
2. Go to the File menu.
3. Select View/Restore Backups…
4. Choose either Automatic Backups or Manual Backups.
5. Select a backup dated before the 8.2.1 update.
6. Click Open, and when prompted, give the restored file a new name to avoid overwriting your current file.
7. Review the restored file and initiate an update to see if the same issue occurs.

@nothear2talk For what it's worth as another data point, I am not experiencing what you're describing. I just did an update in my test file, and you can see it it showing the number of transactions it just downloaded, one from Zillow and one from a bank account I hadn't updated in a few weeks.
