Updating American Century accounts

Haven't been able to update my accounts since yesterday. Anyone else having this issue? Resolution?

    To better assist you, could you please provide a bit more detail on what’s happening when you try to update your American Century accounts? For example:

    • Are you receiving any error messages or codes?
    • What exactly are you seeing on your screen during the update attempt?
    • Are no transactions downloading, or is it failing to connect at all?
    • If possible, could you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?

    Thanks for the quick response. Must have been a glitch on American Century side as I just tried and didn't get any errors. FWIW, logging into American Century using Mac Safari also hasn't worked for 2 days including just now after Quicken updated the accounts. Clicking the "continue" button after inputting username doesn't do anything so you can't get to the password page. Chrome works fine.

    If it happens later today or tomorrow, I'll post back.

    Thanks for the update—glad to hear the issue seems to have cleared up on the Quicken side!

    Appreciate the heads-up about Safari too—sounds like it could be a browser compatibility issue on American Century’s website. If the problem comes back or you notice anything else unusual in Quicken, definitely let us know.
