Unable to connect to MIT Federal Credit Union

I've been connecting to this credit union using Quicken Connect for years, but suddenly started having problems in June 2025. First it said it could not find the accounts so I de/re-activated the account but now all I get is "An unexpected error occurred - Please try again later". I've been trying again for a month now with no change.

    Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To help troubleshoot, I checked our internal tools. On our end, no error shows. I can see an event indicating a multi-factor authentication prompt was sent, but I don't see any successful update.

    What do you see on your end? Are you getting the multi-factor authentication prompt? If possible, please provide a screenshot of the error message you are seeing. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

    I reviewed the logs. Due to the nature of the issue (it appears that a multi-factor authentication prompt should be appearing, but isn't), please contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance, since they have access to tools that we can't access on the Community and they are able to escalate the issue as needed. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.
