Is Fidelty Rewards/ELAN Visa still Degraded for Bills and Income
This has not been working for a while. All I really use it for is getting my bill amount. It seems if credit card transactions work this would also. If the bill amount information is available, how about putting it at the bottom of the transaction screen.

If you don't mind, could you please provide a screenshot or the name of the specific Fidelity biller that you are trying to connect to (ex. "Fidelity Rewards Visa Signature Card" or "Fidelity")?

This is the same whether selecting Fidelity Rewards Visa or Elan Financial. It for a couple of months has not been picking up the monthly billing amount. I do not use Bill Pay. Since you are able to download the transactions, is there not some other way to pick up the billing amount. It would be nice to also see it at the bottom of the transactions page.

At this time, Fidelity is still showing as officially Degraded in our system, and I’ve attached a screenshot below for reference.
While Fidelity Rewards Visa Signature Card and Elan Financial Services Credit Card do not currently display an explicit degraded status on our end, selecting either one redirects to “Cardmember Services” without successfully retrieving bill information. This behavior is typically indicative of a non-functional or inactive connection.
We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when transactions continue to download but billing details do not. While we don’t currently have an alternative method to retrieve just the bill amount via the transaction view, this has been reported internally, though we do not have an ETA on resolution at this time.

What does it take to get some traction on this issue? The Fidelity Visa Bill connection has been in Degraded status with no ETA for over a year now according to your posts. Posting that it has been reported internally isn't of much help to us, since it has been reported in the past.

I completely understand how discouraging it is to see this issue linger without progress, especially when everything else—like transaction downloads—works as expected. I did check again, and Fidelity is unfortunately still showing as Degraded. There’s no ETA or further update we can provide since the problem stems from the connection between Fidelity and our service provider.
In situations like this, it can sometimes help to reach out directly to Fidelity and ask to speak with their aggregator or online banking departments, as those teams are usually more familiar with how third-party apps like Quicken connect. While we can’t guarantee an immediate fix, making them aware of the ongoing difficulty from your side may help push the issue forward.
