    Hello @jimkaloyanides1,

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To clarify, are you seeing a blank screen with dropdown boxes to select filters for the data? If so, then the issue may be that there are too many securities included for it to display results, and you can correct the issue by applying filters to reduce the number of securities in your query to below 250.

    @Jim_Harman,

    Are you still seeing the issue with custom settings not being fully saved?

    Saved custom settings are sort of lost when you restart Quicken. If you make custom selections and then restart Quicken and return to the X-Ray, the dropdowns say Custom and the saved settings are used, but if you click on Custom to see what the settings are, it reverts to All Securities or All accounts.

    If you are, our team has two recommendations. First, make sure the file is directly on your local hard drive. Second, when setting custom settings, make sure to give the updated results time to fully load before clicking away or closing Quicken.

    Please let me know if the issue persists!

    @Quicken Kristina

    Thanks for following up. The problem is still present, but it is slightly different from what I described earlier.

    My file is stored directly on my local hard drive. I am running R64.30

    In a test file, I selected 2 brokerage accounts and one security that is only held in one of the accounts. The data on the X-Ray Interpreter page appears to be correct, except for the issue where cash in the selected accounts in included even if "No security (includes Cash)" is not selected. I have reported that issue separately.

    I went back to the X-Ray's account and security selections and they have not changed.

    I exited and restarted Quicken and returned to the X-Ray. The displayed data has not changed. The account and Security selections still both say "Custom."

    If I click on Refresh X-Ray, the display changes to include the cash from all the accounts in the file.

    If I click on the Security dropdown and select Custom, the same security that I selected before is still selected. No Security (includes Cash) is still not selected.

    But if I click on the Account dropdown and Custom, all of the accounts are now selected.

    So Quicken has forgotten the earlier account selection and it still has the problem of including cash whether or not that is selected.

    I hope this clarifies the issues.
