Fidelity connection - transactions not downloading [Edited]
No downloads for a month. I know there is problem with the migration, but this unacceptable. Will we be refunded for not having downloads?
I can't even imagine the problems we are going to have when you get this up and running, trying to reconcile accounts. We need a detailed explanation of what is going on, and when you anticipate fixing.

Hello @apes,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community with this issue. Unfortunately, missing transactions/transactions not downloading is a know issue that our teams are working with Fidelity to resolve. Quicken Kristina should be posting updates every day or two at latest. Sitting at the bottom of a dark hole, with no insight into where this "know issue" is heading is beyond frustrating.

I think I may have found an easy solution:
1) Use a backup file PRIOR TO the Fidelity conversion (that still uses the "original" Direct Connection method circa 8/1/2025) and update the transactions from any Fidelity account in the Quicken file (using the Quicken upper right settings icon). Nothing new will download, but I believe that this "resets" the link between Fidelity and Quicken before the downloading issues began.
2) Exit that backup file and then re-open the PRIMARY CURRENT Quicken file and repeat the process updating the transactions from any Fidelity account in the current Quicken file (using the same Quicken upper right settings icon).
3) All prior non-downloaded transactions should now appear for either Matching or Adding to the Fidelity transaction registers :)
Hope this works for everyone that has had the plaguing issue of needing to manually add all transactions since Aug-2025. Cheers :)

Thanks Alperttb! I finally got on track. Your back to the future suggestion took a minute, but I finally got 7 accounts back on track ( for now). Super helpful.
