    First credit card payment of the month came in and CORRECTLY processed the payment in CC account matching to awaiting entry. A good sign something has changed for the better. Shall se how the others go this month.

    Fidelity Bill Pay issue.

    On the Fidelity web site, I used their bill pay function from a Fidelity Cash Managment account.

    When that transaction was downloaded into Quicken the next day, it showed up as a Deposit instead of a Payment. It appears this may be happening on all of my Bill Payments made on the Fidelity web site, and then comes down to Quicken. Quicken is treating them incorrectly. Any solutions?

    Two more Credit Card payments came in CORRECTLY this month. A very good sign. Not yet ready to say fixed, but promising.

    @Quicken Kristina or anyone else :) Can you explain this to me?

    This bill should have come in today, and maybe did, but oddly:

    1 is what I would have expected in 3. 3 is last month's bill even though I have ALL instances set to 0.00 as i do with ANY bill that changes each month. Thus 2 should have shown 0.00. 1, btw, is in a column called "eBill".

    i can pay the bill. I can change all instances back to 0.00 but I shall wait until I understand why this at least "appears" incorrect until I do.

    OK< I get antsy :) I did part of my QWIN trick. I unlinked the biller. Then added the biller back and relinked. It got me to here:

    This would have been fine if I got it the first time! After paying the bill, monthly reverted to 0.00. So all good. But I don't know why I have to do that to have things "right".

    I had to do the full unlink, delete, readd, relink to new reminder win QWIN to get this to work. Both seem "fixed". Never know until next month.

    I'm glad to hear your work around got the biller to display correctly, although it is strange that it was displaying incorrectly in the first place. I contacted my team internally, and they suspect it may have been a one time glitch. If the issue returns, or happens again next month, please let us know so we can investigate further.

    I most definitely will. Thanks Kristina. And do note, QWIN had issues with this biller as well this month. I still think it is a bug somewhere between the online biller and a reminder for that biller.

    I have three or four more bills coming in this week. Will see how they display.

    @Quicken Kristina A little good news. A Citi bill came in just as expected this morning with all fields in QMAC filled as they should be. But…

    Near impossible to tell.

    I shared this with QMAC development as well, but please tell me how I should know there is a new bill? And if you and users agree, perhaps we can lobby for change here in the next build :)

    Windows has not yet grabbed the Citi Bill, but for example:

    Which brings me to - Bills and Income are one page in Windows, yet two in MAC and no indication new income if I do not go look for it!!! I have to look!! Should not have to. This should all be obvious.

    AMEX just came in perfectly in QMAC. Not yet in QWIN. Of course, not indication in QMAC.

    More confirmation what is broken in New Billers is Chase. I have another Chase due in about two weeks. Will see how that works.

    Developers have let me know they plan to make the arrival of new bills in QMAC more visible. They did not share how, but I'm looking forward to it being more clear.

    FWIW, QWIN which has a history of Online Biller issues and is NOT due to the new bill aggregator, needed Citi and Amex both to be unlinked, deleted, readded and relinked. Bills showed in the reminders dialogs, but not in Online Bills until the aforementioned remediation. So QMAC working a bit better than Windows now. Hopefully Chase gets adjusted for next month (and second Chase bill this month) and Fidelity comes in tomorrow as anticipated in both. Correction: Fidelity due to come in on the 18th. Should be my next bill and test.

    Maybe interesting point:

    QWIN grabbed 7 cleared Fidelity Visa charges several hours ago as expected today. QMAC still has not grabbed any of those. I don't understand why Windows seems to get cleared charges much sooner than Mac? Both with manual OSU's.

    All Fidelity Visa now in in QMAC. 4-5 hours later than QWIN. Not an issue. More of a curiosity.

    @Quicken Kristina I'm starting to get concerned with Fidelity Visa Rewards Card. Statement closed Oct 17. Biller notified me Oct 18th. Nothing in either Qmac or Qwin. I believe both are getting charges in the Fidelity Registers. I shall know more about that tonight as 5 charges cleared the app yesterday. But the bill is not coming in and now due in 22 days. The last time Fidelity came in on time and accurately was MARCH!!

    I'm curious - is your download connection for the card via Fidelity or Elan Financial?

    GREAT Question!

    Both are set to grab bill from Fidelity Investments.

    Qmac set to grab transactions from Fidelity Investments

    Qwin still set to grab transactions from Elan if I am not incorrect.

    Are you having this issue?

    Yes, I've never been able to retrieve a bill for the Fidelity Rewards Card. Although, I was always using the Elan connection for both transactions and bills. I'm now trying the Fidelity connection for both, but I won't know about the bills until November.

    Gotcha. Elan is no longer a choice for Bills in either platform. As I mentioned, March was my last downloaded bill.

    Have not yet tried my workaround of unlinking, deleting biller, adding back as new, re-linking. Will late tonight.

    Confirmed: i still get charges to this card timely, but no online bill.

    This has been 8 months now!! Seems the new, more reliable online bill provider is no more reliable than previous. Again BOTH Qwin and Qmac.

    I will say IF it comes in by midnight tonight I shall recount and consider it timely. But if not, its broken.

    Chase Prime today came in timely, but with LAST MONTH'S balance due, not this month's.. This is now both Chase bills for me in Qmac. Must be a mapping error. I have sent logs and report to development.

    @Quicken Kristina I intend to pay BOTH the errant Fidelity Visa and incorrect Chase on Monday morning. So if you or anyone else want to try anything or see anything prior to that, please ask. Once paid will not see these errors until third week of November approximately.

    Once again., Fidelity is BOTH Qwin and Qmac. Chase error is Qmac, but bill has not shown up at all in Windows and I am not going to unlink, delete, relink it this time. Tiresome.

    Time to talk November:)

    QMAC received two bills perfectly on time today. Same day biller notified me. Of course, one has to look VERY closely to see they came in in MAC as there is little indication of new activity.

    QWIN received on bill in Reminders but not the other. And the one received was not populated in Online Bills.

    No Fidelity Visa yet this month/ Hoping that one has been fixed.

    No more billers I use have been added yet this month.

    One more bill in on time in QMAC, yet it is now 3 bills in QMAC that QWIN has failed to retrieve. Of course, tried repairing online biller which show as fine on the server. Open to any suggestions.

    Next up will be Fidelity which I reported many times since has not come in anywhere with the New Biller.
