    Thank you for your replies,

    Usually, things done in one Quicken file shouldn't impact another Quicken file. However, with online billers, both files are communicating with the same server to update online biller information. That is probably why deleting and re-adding the online biller in your Windows file impacted your Mac file also.

    Hi Kristina. Do note this account is not synced in the cloud. That is what made it the most surprising.
