RESOLVED 12/5/25 BNY Pershing - OFX 2000
We have received customer reports regarding a variety of Direct Connect connection errors for BNY Pershing. It appears that the connection issues started on or around October 4th, 2025. From logs that have been collected, users are receiving OFX-2000 errors in Quicken Classic for Windows and Mac with the following in-product message:
Verify your credentials by logging into investor.pershing.com. If your credentials are correct, navigate to the Settings page and verify your Quicken device to link it to Quicken.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
To be notified of updates as they become available, please click the bookmark ribbon located in the upper right. If you do not see the bookmark ribbon, please make sure that you are signed into the Quicken Community.
