It is so frustrating. A number of times I have given feedback asking for two very simple interface issues. I submit my request from the help menu, but It's like I'm talking to a brick wall. I have included my email each time asking for a response, even just "we can't do it because…" Instead nothing.
I have used Quicken for 20 years+ and am paying every year. I….no, WE.deserve better. Here are the two fixes I've requested over and over, please add your voice if you agree.
- A keyboard shortcut to the search window in the upper right of registers. I use it ALL the time, it is much more robust and easy than the standard <ctrl>F.
- I have a lot of bill pay reminders. This morning 5 showed up, highlighted below and to the left of the register. I have repeatedly asked that the window stay open as I process each bill entry. Instead it closes and I have to re-open it again each time. Very annoying.
