Address Problems in Invoices and Estimates

In the past we created an estimate for customer job that may have 10 ship to or locations. Then printed the estimate for reference. When job was completed, we would use the estimate to create the invoice. This worked! Now when we attempt to do this from the estimate the ship to address isn't there or has changed to another location. this problem has just started to happen.

    Same issue here. For years I've used the Ship To field for Project Description. All of a sudden when I save the invoice whatever I entered in that field is converted to the shipping address for the client. BTW, all my customer's details have had a Shipping Address automatically added to their file based on their Bill To Address.

    Maybe change it so it doesn't overwrite the Ship To field when saving. Some of us use invoices for services only and don't need a ship to address. Or maybe give us a custom field to use as needed that isn't a line item.

    Since Quicken allows you to overwrite the Title of fields is why I use that for Project Description. Curious that it forces the data inside the field, while keeping the custom field title.

    The last quicken home and business update(Release 65.29) changed all of my customer invoice job addresses. Even my new invoices with correct addresses are changed after saving and then opening. It doesn't do any good to change them because they get changed back when they're saved. I've restored from earlier saves but it persists. I tried validate and repair with no luck. I've been using qh&b for over 20 years but I'm thinking it may be time to change to something else.

    I am having the same problem. I have been using Quicken Home and Business for over 20 years. Now it's one problem after another.
