Chase Bank syncing & authorization
I am tracking multiple Chase Bank Accounts (Checking, Savings, Credit Card) for an elderly parent. Multiple times a week, Quicken prompts me to reauthorize the accounts for synching as it can no longer communicate with the accounts. This is time consuming and inconvenient as it involves getting TFA each time. The password and other account info isn't changing. Why isn't this sticking?

Hello @Louis Block,
Thank you for reaching out. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. Do you see any error codes along with the message prompting you to reauthorize? Are those accounts connected in more than one Quicken file? Do you have multiple login IDs with Chase connected in your Quicken file (for example, your personal accounts under one ID, and your parent's accounts under their own ID)?
If possible, please provide a screenshot of the message you are seeing. Please make sure to redact any personal information/partial account numbers. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
I look forward to your response!
Quicken Kristina

Although it hasn't kicked me out since my original message, you may have hit on the cause. My mother is also tracking the same accounts in Quicken. I'm assuming that the bank is requiring a reauthorization because it's seeing multiple request from different IP numbers, or different Quicken accounts? If so, is there any known workaround?
