Memorized paycheck posting errors

I have an ongoing problem (over a year) with monthly auto entries of social security payments in the Quicken Classic Windows subscription program. The Bills

& Income Reminder has been updated with current amounts however when the auto entry is posted it contains old information. There are no duplicate entries showing in Bills & Income Reminder screen. I tried completely deleting and recreating the monthly entry but it still posts incorrectly. How can I correct this? Other auto entries post correctly. Attached is a PDF with screenshot details. Thank you.

1st off, a graphics format (JPG, GIF, etc) is much easier for us to work with than PDFs.

Next, what bank, as it's known in Q, are you having this deposited into, and what method are you using to download from that account? Do TOOLS, Account List and look in the "Transaction Download" and "Financial Institution" columns for this info.

Also, in your PDF you're showing both a future dated transaction (for the paycheck wizard) and a past dated transaction (in the account register). When you open the past dated transaction, is the info therein identical to what you've shown in the future dated transaction?

This posting is into my check register and is manually set up and is not being downloaded from my bank. The info in past dated transactions show the old amounts no longer valid. Unfortunately I manually edited them to the correct amount after they posted and don't have a screenshot available for that. The first detail screenshot shows the correct amounts. The history and the past auto posting amount show the incorrect amounts which is have to correct each month to the amounts in the Income Reminder Detail.

    Hello @cmorgan,

Thank you for reaching out. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. What does the full transaction look like when it posts incorrectly in the register? Do the split parts of the transaction reflect correctly, while the final number is wrong, or are they incorrect also?

I look forward to your response!

Attached is a PDF with multiple screenshot clips. This transaction is not downloaded, it is a manual Income Reminder that I have set up with auto entry on a specific date. (Others I have work well.) The Reminder has all the correct information and details. When it posts it is using information from over a year ago for both the total amount and the details. I have also tried deleting and recreating the transaction however it still posts the old data. I am on Windows 10 with a Quicken Classic subscription.
