Joint Quicken Brokerage Account with checking won't activate WEC.

My wife and I have a joint brokerage account with checking at Fidelity. She also has her own IRA as well as I do. If I try to activate transaction download with either of our ids, we lose access to one or more of our retirement accounts. I've tried every combination of activation, but none completely works. Right now I am leaving it disconnected and entering transactions manually.

This started a couple of months ago when Fidelity started messing with Quicken.

In Q, I have 2 brokerage accounts and 2 IRA accounts. My wife has a brokerage account and an IRA account. All 6 are held at Fidelity Investments and I download into Q from each at 7AM 6 days a week via EWC+,

SO, it's not apparent why you're having this problem.

Let's start diagnosing the situation by you doing TOOLS, Account List and telling us what's in the "Transaction Download", "Last Download" and "Financial Institution" columns adjacent to each of your Fidelity accounts.

Also, please do HELP, About Quicken and tell us the specific Q product and the BUILD of that product that you're running.
