Can't reconcile - appears Quicken Mac is using the "Entered Date" instead of the "Posted Date"
Quicken Classic Deluxe Version 8.3.3
MacOS 14.8.3
- Downloaded transactions and statements from Chase
- Attempted to reconcile
- Appears that the reconcile function is using the "Entered Date" instead of either the "Posted Date" or "Date" field
Ex: reconciling for October
End Date: 10/31
Transaction: Date: 10/30/25 Entered Date: 12/20/25 Posted Date: 11/02/25
The transaction does not appear on the Reconcile page.
Tried to change the Entered Date but can't do it.
This may also be happening for other accounts, but this is the one I was looking at.
Any help would be appreciated.

In Settings > Connected Services, there is a checkbox for switching between manually entered date and the posted date.
Alternatively, you can just enter the reconciliation date as a few days after the end of the month, so the list of transactions available to reconcile will include those which post just after the end of the month; it won't affect anything else.
