Improvement to the New Idea post Voting

When there is a new Idea Post, often we tend to write a comment stating that this is a good idea, thinking that it is sufficient to up-vote it. Neglecting to click on the vote button. Moderators and SuperUsers spend countless time to explain the process, educate and encourage users to click the vote button. It just does not stand out.

I'd like to propose an improvement to the UI and verbiage, if feasible, customized for the "Idea Posts" section of the community to make it stand out and clear how to vote. Here is just a rudimentary mockup suggestion to stir things up.
