Layout of Invoice isn't compatible with windowed business envelopes (Q Mac)
The Location of the "Invoice" heading should be swapped with the location of the Business Address . This would make the Invoice compatible with standard windowed business envelopes so that the return address shows through the window instead of "INVOICE."

I have thousands of windowed business envelopes. The default positioning of the address fields on Quicken Invoices does not let me use my window business envelopes because the fields are not positioned properly to align with the windows in my envelopes. It would be helpful to have the ability to position the address fields where they need to be to accommodate business sized envelopes with windows for the addresses.

Where did you get those envelopes? Did the vendor claim that they're "Q compatible"?
Because it's not apparent to me that this is a Q issue, but rather you bought envelopes that aren't compatible.

@NotACPA I don't believe Quicken Mac has a published standard for invoice envelopes.
I believe Quicken Mac should follow the standards of the US Postal Service:
- The standard window is 1-1/8 inches high and 4-1/2 inches wide, and is placed 5/8 inch from the bottom edge of the envelope.
- In size 10 envelopes, the window is 1 - 1/16 inch from the left edge.
- On double window envelopes, the second window (designed for return information) is 1/2 inch from the top and left edges, and measures 3/4 inch high and 2-1/2 inches wide.
But that's not the issue noted by @Michael Erb here. It's that the upper left corner of the invoice should contain the business name and address so that if a double-window envelope is used, as shown above, the sending business name and address appears in the upper left window. But the current layout of the Quicken Mac invoice instead locates the business name and address in the upper right corner of the invoice page. That means the only workable envelope is a single-window envelope with a preprinted return address in the upper left, or a blank single-window envelope where the user would affix a return address label in the upper left.
I think it's a solid suggestion for the Quicken Mac developers to tweak the layout of the top of the invoice so that the business name and address appears in the upper left such that it works for anyone using a double-window envelope.

@NotACPA The envelopes I use are standard #10 double windowed business envelopes. Since Quicken does not specify what envelope to use for printing invoices, I use what is generally recognized as a standard #10 business windowed envelope. It would be nice if Quicken either allowed customization of the Invoice field placement or followed the USPS guidelines for where return address and mailing addresses should be placed if a user wants to use windowed business envelopes to send Invoices. @jacobs did a good job of clarifying my request.

Hello All,
This Idea seems to have stalled, and we would like to gauge the current interest in this request.
Thank you!

@Quicken Kristina This same feature request exists in two places from the same user: this post in the Product Enhancements category, and the other one in the Rental Property & Business Tools category.
Only one of these should exist. Since there is a more detailed explanation in the thread of the other one, I'd suggest deleting this thread and letting the other remain. (They both have only 1 vote, but the other was only created last month.)

Hello @jacobs,
I went ahead and merged the two threads instead. At the time of your comment, both had one vote, but the thread you commented on has since received more. To preserve that activity, merging made the most sense.
Thank you!
