    I have this problem also.
    Totally unacceptable.
    Been a user since the early 90s.
    More serious problems with Quicken in the last 5 years than in the previous 30 years.
    Sick and tired of them.
    Now looking for a better way to manage finances.
    And please don’t reply with your standard response. "Thanks, we are working on it."
