I can't take new photo of a document and import into LifeHub with iPhone 15 Pro Max. Always get error to try again.
I can import photo of document sometimes and import into LifeHub with iPhone 15 Pro Max, but too many times this fails too.

- How long has this issue been happening?
- How often does this fail vs how often it's working?
- Have you tried using a different web browser?
- If not, this would be the first thing I would try.
- Do you have any pending updates on your web browser?
- Make sure it is up-to-date.
- Have you tried testing this from another device?
- This is another good troubleshooting step you can try.
