I had all the same issues as noted above with our Voya account. These issues went away for me about a week ago. The authentication to allow data sharing is now successful on the web browser.

However, when the process returns to Quicken to download data, a new error appears. The image below shows the errors message.

BTW, all is operating nominally on the Simplifi side.

    Hello @Samir & Marianne,

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing the "Quicken couldn't find any accounts to add" error in Quicken for Mac. It is a known issue that our teams are already working with Voya to resolve (CTP-16515). I added you to the ticket to ensure our teams know you're affected by this issue.

    Thank you!

I am having the exact same issue with Quicken for Mac connecting to Voya. First got the Quicken couldn't find an accounts to add after successfully selecting in the browser. Now I am getting the XML error from the previous post. I have an open ticket.

    Hello @Mike Sz,

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To clarify, is the open ticket for the can't find accounts error or the XML error?

When I review your recent interactions with Support, it looks like it's for the former, and they advised you to contact the financial institution. Have you spoken to Voya about either of these issues?

I look forward to your response!

Still getting the same "AuthenticationFailed INPUT" error as before; both on Safari and Chrome. 😩

Something is really broken in such handling of the Voya online download issue. It looks more like a hobbyist bulletin board fix crowdsourcing, as opposite to a serious fintech company making financial institution servicing millions retirement accounts to honor service level agreement. No proper issue tracking system with updates for affected user base, no ETA, no resolution for weeks.

The open ticket is for both. It started as cannot find accounts and has now turned into the XML error. I have been unsuccessful in getting support from Voya.

Why isn't this showing as an open issue on the open issue board? What is the status of this? So many things are broken right now.

Can we have an update on CTP-16932 issue, please? It is still broken, and it is severe failure for paid Quicken subscription.

    Thank you for the follow-up,

There are no new updates yet. Our service provider is working with the financial institution to resolve the issue.

    Thank you!

Any luck on a fix to push to Windows Subscription. I also submitted a problem ticket. I had tried fully deleting the account in Quicken, re-granting Voya permissions to it but Quicken will not validate the link to the account. Very frustrating.

I am having the same issues with trying to connect to Voya for updates. When will this be corrected?

    Hello everyone,

The issue with Voya is still under active investigation by our team. At this time, we don’t have an estimated timeframe for resolution, but I will be sure to share any updates as soon as they become available.

    Thank you!
