Marcus by Goldman Sachs downloads transactions but I can't add new accounts?

I see several discussions and even some by Quicken Staff saying that Marcus no longer supports downloads, that is incorrect. It updates my deposits and withdrawals just fine into my accounts. However it no longer shows up to let me create new accounts.

Has any resolution been figured out here or are we just resigned to update new accounts manually? Seems crazy that Quicken is saying downloads are no longer supported when they clearly are downloading (as of 2 minutes ago for me), but I can't setup new accounts.

    Hello @jasonpbyu,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

Marcus by Goldman Sachs has officially discontinued support for new Quicken connections, which is why it no longer appears as an option when trying to add accounts.

The reason your existing accounts are still downloading is that they were set up before this change. Those connections can sometimes continue working for a while, but they’re technically no longer supported and could stop at any time.

So while it looks like downloads are still happening, there’s no way to add new accounts through Quicken anymore, since Marcus removed support on their end.

    Hope this helps!
