There was an issue with BofA this morning.
Here's the previous thread.
Issue has been resolved and I was able to run OSU successfully. So try it again.

I'm having the same issue with Citibank. Any idea how to resolve?

Hello @jgvillo,
Thank you for reaching out! To help troubleshoot, I checked our internal tools, and it looks like you were able to successfully connect with Citibank later this afternoon. Are you still encountering issues connecting/updating your accounts? If you are, what error message/code are you seeing?
I look forward to your response!

What browser are you using? If Edge, try changing your default browser to either Firefox of Chrome.
You can change your default browser back to Edge after the account is connect in Quicken.

Last time I needed to reauthorize accounts, I had to temporarily change default browser to chrome instead of edge and then it worked without the 400 error.

HTTP Status 400 - Bad Request errors are generally caused by server issues on the client (financial institution) side where their server no longer recognizes the cache and/or cookies that have been saved on the user's computer because of some software or hardware changes the client made to their system.
Changing the default browser can sometimes resolve that type of issue because it typically will not have that same faulty cache and/or cookies.
If that fails, you might want to try going to your browser's Settings and clearing the cache and cookies. NOTE: If you save your logins in your browser what will likely happen is that you will need to manually reenter those logins the next time you log into those online accounts. It is a 1X issue and a bit of a PITA to have to do that but at least in many cases that is what will cause the error message to go away.
Let us know if doing this resolves the issue for you.

I have been trying to reactivate my online update for checking acct. on bank of America , I gone through the setup steps to connect to bank website and reauthorize data to share the quicken program , After I get a validate code from the bank and enter it and click share data with Quicken, the page ,program, goes to a spinning circle and to make final setting i think but the quicken program just sits and does not go any farther, I cant even go back to register or even resize window, program freezes up, I have to use task manager to get out of program, I have tried to have chat line tech help me, they say to wait 2 days before trying to reauthorize account again, I didn't get any help from them, i went to second pc in house and tried to set up in same quicken program and all worked fine on that pc, how do I solve on laptop that worked {One step update} for last year, please advise me of steps to fix this, thank you, Tdraym

I was having the same issue, sign in to BOFA selected the accounts and then got the HTTP 400 bad request. I talked to support and they suggested that I delete all the browser history cache. I did it for both Chrome and Edge and restarted windows and It resolved the issues.
