Does anyone feel like Quicken has changed over the years? I have been using Quicken for decades, back when they were initially Intuit, and I had to buy discs. I've recommended and used Quicken at some jobs as well.
Now, long-time users like me are charged an astonishing amount as an annual subscription, which goes up way too much every year, and for some reason, new customers are charged less?
Bad way to keep customers, especially when there are so many more choices nowadays. I'm sorry, Quicken, I don't know what has happened to you, but sadly you are forcing me to look elsewhere for accounting software/support.
