LifeHub vs Emergency Organizer

I'm wondering what differences there are between the two and something probably won't be answered and that is if LifeHub is viewed as the superior replacement and maybe the Emergency Organizer is going to be removed in the future.

Personally, I consider the Emergency Organizer as an unsupported piece of code in Quicken (one that people are willing to use as long as it is "free", but not otherwise) and people can now prove if they really want to pay for a supported version by buying LifeHub.

When it was a standalone product, I was hesitant, but now that it is a feature within Quicken, I am inclined to give LifeHub a try. I was happily surprised when I saw it in the release notes for R69.17 this morning.

Yes, I think the value of LifeHub goes up drastically for Quicken (Classic and Simplifi/online) goes up drastically when it is integrated in.

I also like the approach that it is separated so that it is clearly something that Quicken Inc can see a clear "intent" by the customers and provide resources based on that.

Haven’t there been reports of Life Hub use causing data corruption in the user’s QDF data?

If there is, I missed them. I wasn't aware that LifeHub was even integrated with Quicken until this last release.

LifeHub is accessed, from within Q, via TOOLS, "Organize Essential Information" … but it's still $1.99/month, billed annually.

I just created a post for the error but it doesn't show up anywhere. I posted it under the category LifeHub, but it doesn't show up. How can I get a moderator's attention on this.

Even though they say that LifeHub is integraded with Quicken it really is the same as it was before. You still need to import your account and asset information into Lifehub from Quicken. And then now, all they have done is link the information back into Quicken. Not exactly what I was hoping for.

Are you referring to the Recent Discussions section? I just tested and observed the same behavior: posts in the Quicken LifeHub section aren't showing up there. I forwarded this to the proper channels for resolution.

@Quicken Kristina - thanks much. To confirm - it doesn't show up on the Discussions tab, or "Recent Discusions" on the Community Homepage tab.

Another thing is all the LifeHub information in Quicken is Read-Only. So really LifeHub integration means that the LifeHub information is avaliable to view in Quicken. If you need to make updates, you will still need to use the stand-alone LifeHub app. There is no way to update LifeHub from within Quicken.
